Two technologies, one requirement: quality

Every project is different. That is why we work with two complementary 3D printing technologies, so as to cover every need, from the sturdiest mechanical part to the most detailed model.

Creality K2 Plus FDM 3D printer with its CFS multi-filament system

FDM technology — strength and speed

FDM printing (Fused Deposition Modeling) lays down a molten thermoplastic filament layer by layer. It is the technology of choice for strong, functional and large parts, produced quickly.

Our FDM fleet rests on two complementary machines. The Creality K2 Plus offers a 350 × 350 × 350 mm build volume and a multi-colour CFS system: it takes on the large parts and the prints that combine several materials. The Bambu Lab P2S, enclosed and more compact (256 × 256 × 256 mm), handles quick runs and the technical parts that need a closed chamber. Both print at up to 600 mm/s.

Very high print speeds let us iterate quickly on your designs, for faster development.

Technical materials

Both of our machines are enclosed, one of them with a heated chamber, and print advanced materials (ABS, ASA, PETG, carbon composites) for parts with superior mechanical properties.

Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16K resin 3D printer

Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16K

212 × 118 × 220 mm · 16K LCD

Resin technology — fine detail and precision

Resin printing (MSLA) uses a UV light source to cure a liquid resin with microscopic accuracy. The result: perfectly smooth surfaces and incomparably fine detail.

We run two complementary 16K resin machines. The Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16K (212 × 118 × 220 mm) favours speed and throughput on runs of detailed parts. The UniFormation GK3 B (211 × 118 × 240 mm) adds 20 mm of height, a COB 385 nm light source with more even illumination and a ball-screw Z axis, for tall parts that demand faultless layer consistency.

Finishing and post-processing

Beyond printing, we offer finishing services to show your parts at their best: sanding, assembly and preparation for painting.

Which technology for your project?

Not sure which approach suits your idea? Guiding you is part of our job. Describe the part and what it is for, and we will point you to the technology and the material that suit it.
