400 years of the Marine nationale: back to the CAPTAS-4 kit
The CAPTAS-4 sonar turned into a kit to assemble, carried from modelling through to packaged product, for the 400 years of the Marine nationale.
It was an honour to work alongside the teams at Thales on this project for the 400 years of the Marine nationale.
Designing and making this 3D construction kit of the CAPTAS-4 was a superb challenge: hard-wearing, environmentally responsible and accessible, with the aim of making it fun.
Challenge met. The young recruits of the Marine nationale threw themselves into assembly and disassembly competitions, and the adults were drawn in too.
